COVID-19 management for students
From 17 November 2020 onwards, courses will be held in a digital format, as far as possible. This website provides information, tips and tricks as well as the most important FAQs on studying on site for students.
The University of Vienna now provides a digital contact form that students can use to notify the University of a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 infection if they have been on site at the University of Vienna.
If students who experience symptoms, had contact with an infected person or have contracted COVID-19 themselves contact you, please take the following steps:
- Request them to immediately call the hotline 1450 and to notify the University of the suspected or confirmed COVID-19 infection via its website afterwards. Students can find the digital form and all relevant information here.
- The service desk allows us to centrally record all cases. Employees of the University of Vienna provide you with detailed information about the further procedure.
