Around once per month we host a brown bag talk on data science from someone in the community. The range of topics covered in these talks is as broad as the areas of research at our university, ranging from humanities and cultural studies to chemistry, geosciences, computer science, law, history, economics and many more.
Distinguished Lecture Series
Once or twice a year, we host talks by accomplished scholars in data science. These talks aim to reach a wide audience in all sciences and industries, from bachelor students to accomplished scholars and industrial practitioners, from humanities to the natural sciences and business and government.
